1. Introduction
   Welcome to our website. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our member services and website. By accessing our site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Acceptance of Terms
   By using our website, you signify your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website.
3. Membership Eligibility and Registration
   Membership is open to any Guest Quarters (up to 1986) or Hospitality Partners (to present) employee. To register, complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete, and accurate information as prompted by the registration form.
4. Member Conduct and Responsibilities
   Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to, posting offensive content, infringing on intellectual property rights, and engaging in illegal activities. No politics, no soliciting, no bullying. Job seeking/position seeking is allowed.
5. Privacy Policy
   Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
6. Content Ownership and Use
   Members retain ownership of the content they post. However, by posting content, you grant the Association a license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content.
7. Disclaimers
   We are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the website or in connection with the service, whether caused by users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the service.
8. Modification of Terms
   We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify members of significant changes through our website or via email.
9. Termination of Membership
   We reserve the right to terminate your membership for violating these Terms, after a reasonable opportunity to cure the violation.

Who we are

Our website address is: https://gqhpreunion.com We are a social group, with no current corporate affiliation. This is a volunteer enabled website.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. We do not share your data with any outside vendors.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
